Candidates with at least 50% marks in the higher Secondary (+2) or its equivalent Examination there to are eligible to appear in the admission test for the Two year D.El.Ed. Programme (D.El.Ed. Joint Entrance Test.).
The reservation in seats and relaxation in marks for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other categories shall be as per the rules of the rules of the central government/State government whichever is
applicable.
There will be 5% relaxation in the minimum prescribed marks for ST/SC and disabled category candidates.
Age limit: Minimum age will be 17 years for all category as on month of January in academic
session.
In the light of Director, Research and Training Education Department, Bihar, Patna's letter no12/Miscellaneous-11/2018 (Part)-715 dated 13.12.2022, the candidates who are Shastri, Polytechnic, I.T.I. or possess any other qualification they will not be eligible for enrollment in D.El.Ed. Course. But if a candidate has qualified under Vocational course in 10+2 or who has
qualified Inter 10+2 after Madhyamik or Inter 10+2 after Phokaniya. They will be eligible for
enrollment in D.El.Ed. Course.
Admission Procedure:
Admission shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in Combined Entrance Test conduct by D.El.Ed. Joint Entrance Test Bihar School Examination Board Patna, interview /counseling and academic merit.
Only those candidates will be allowed to appear at entrance exam whose application are found dully complete in all respect.
Application form For D.El.Ed. Joint Entrance Test is to be filled online. Candidates are requested to go through the instructions given in the prospectus and on the website BSEB.
Candidates will be required to upload a copy of marks sheet of Matric, Intermediate, or equivalent in jpeg format at a specified space. They are advised to keep these documents with themselves at the time of filling up the form D.El.Ed. Joint Entrance Test

The charges are to be paid in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of “St. Paul Teachers’ Training College Birsinghpur” payable at “Samastipur” at the college counter. The amount shall not be refundable

Institute has arranged more than 20 schools at nearby places to do practice teaching for D.El.Ed. Students.
General:
Any dispute related to the concern with college/ management & the concerned issues arising out vis-à-vis be adjudicated & settled in the jurisdiction of Samastipur.
